Some illegal, unsafe, unethical behaviour may not discovered by top management Halal authorities. The depend honesty producers. Hence, whistleblowing encouraged should practiced counter possibility occurrence. purpose this research determine level intention among employees certified manufacturing companies assess factors influencing (attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control, organizational support, religious obligation, knowledge, personal cost reporting, responsibility, seriousness wrongdoing). survey was collected 210 Selangor via structured questionnaire. results revealed very good most means scores employee’s decision whistleblow are positive favourable. low mean score for reporting suggests minimal costs associated with whistleblowing. Recommendations implement system as prevention needs explored employees’ positive. Suggestions also presented ensure any within has effect preventing such incident.
